Very gentle yet very effective cleanse. It doesn't keep you running to the bathroom like many products... it keeps things going smoothly in a great way. 🙏🏼 It has no taste at all.

I drink 8oz in the AM, 8oz in the Afternoon, and 4oz before bed at suggested on a video the creator of the products suggested. He said do that for 3 months and after that you can drop down to just 1 8oz cup a day for maintenance. I will follow that.
